$20 Cancellation/Set Up Fee unless canceled 48 hours prior to check in.
$100 Refundable Cleaning Deposit/Damage Deposit due upon arrival.
Outdoor kitchen will be inspected after each use. Guest must clean and sanitize entire outdoor kitchen and leave in the condition it was found or your deposit will not be returned. Guest will be responsible for any damage.
